On behalf of the entire PAL Football and Cheerleading Association, we are excited to welcome you to the start of the 2016 season!
As we are busy preparing for our season, there are a few important dates and information we would like to share with you.
First, we want to remind you that the PAL organization is a volunteer youth organization which is mostly run by dedicated parents who lend their valuable time each week. We are always encouraging parents to get involved and help make a difference in their child's experience. Please contact Joanna Mitchell at email@example.com if you are interested in volunteering this season.
Practice will be held twice a week and games will be on the week-ends at PJ Romano Field or at an opponent's stadium in Fairfield County. The game schedule will be available by the beginning of September.
IMPORTANT DATES: Westport PAL Cheerleading Camp at Saugatuck Elementary School (PJ Romano Field) August 17-19 From 4:00 - 5:30
Westport PAL Cheer Camp is just the way to start off the season. The girls will be learning basic cheers and half-time routines from their regular season Westport PAL coaches. The camp is very important not only because it teaches each girl the skills she needs to become a successful cheerleader in a safe environment, but it also allows the girls to bond and become a team. While attendance is not mandatory, it highly recommended to start the season with this valuable practice base. There is no additional cost for this program.
