TRACK & FIELD


The series is a purely instructional fitness program. It is our intention to provide a structured and learning atmosphere. The instruction and techniques used are on the cutting edge of track and field and are widely used to improve performance in a variety of sports.
 
 Here at PAL, it is our sincere goal to have your child develop a sense of confidence and see
