TRAVEL TEAMS

Westport Spring Girls Lacrosse travel teams will be organized as follows:

{c•      Grade 3/4  (1 or 2 teams – based on registration numbers)

{c•      Grade 5/6  (2 teams - Westport Blue and Westport White)

   •      Grade 7/8  (2 teams - Westport Blue and Westport White)

For Grades 5-8, evaluations will be held the weekend of March 16/17 for team placement.  Travel teams will practice at least 2 times each week and will have at least 1 game each week once the competition season has begun.  Practices will begin the week of March 25.  Optional Friday clinics for grades 5-8 at Ginny Parker Field – clinic schedule TBD.

For Grades 3-4, practices will begin on March 26 and girls will be placed on teams after the first week of practice.  

CLINIC PROGRAM - Grades 1 - 2

The Grade 1 - 2 clinic program is designed for younger girls and girls new to lacrosse.  Clinics will begin April 6.

PROGRAM COST

Grade 3-8 spring travel teams - $400 (includes all travel fees)

Grade 1-2 “skills and drills” clinic - $200

UNIFORMS (travel teams only)

A refundable uniform deposit of $150 will be required at uniform distribution.  If uniforms are not returned at the end of the season, PAL will not return the deposit.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE 

Late fee of $25 will be applied if registered after January 31^st.
