What do I do if I have forgotten my password AND my email address has changed since I last logged on so I cannot have the system send me the password?
Ideally, whenever your email address changes, you should immediately log into all the various accounts that use your email address and update everyone. This includes the Westport PAL website. If you no longer have access to your old email address, you will need to:
Log in as if you are new and have the system send an email password to your new email address
Re-create your entire family account beginning with ALL parent/guardians individually
Be sure you complete ALL fields of information for both parents and players
Be sure you enter the correct email address for each member profile
When you are done registering send an email to
explaining that your profiles are duplicated and that the newest info is the correct profile to use.
If you fail to send an email explaining that your profile has been duplicated, you run the risk of the wrong profile being deleted when we make periodic sweeps of duplicated profiles.
