We are a youth organization dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through track and field. We focus on fundamentals and provide training in all areas of the sport that will build endurance, increase agility, flexibility, power and speed. These are the attributes that are found in the sport of track and field. Through these skills, dedication and sportsmanship it is our goal that each member find some personal achievement in their time spent with our staff. It is our goal to provide training for them to enjoy their personal success and achievements in the sport of Track and Field.The Westport Pal Track Club is dedicated to providing a positive setting in which bullying isn’t tolerated.Our program is open to all students interested.
We will offer a competitive schedule however the program is offered to children if the choose not to compete. All athletes will be treated with respect and fairness. This is an all age program.
