WESTPORT P.A.L. 2017 Track and Field
WESTPORT PAL TRACK
We are a youth organization dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through track and field. Our program will focus on fundamentals and provide training in all areas of the sport that will build endurance, increase agility, flexibility, power, and speed. These are the attributes that are found in the sport of track and field. Through these skills, dedication, and sportsmanship it is our goal that each member finds some personal achievement in their time spent with WPAL. The Westport Pal Track & Field program is dedicated to providing a positive setting in which bullying isn’t tolerated.
It is our goal to provide training for them to enjoy their personal success and achievements in the sport of Track and Field.
Our program is open to all boys and girls in grades 2 through 8.
We will offer a competitive schedule however the program is offered to children if they choose not to compete. All athletes will be treated with respect and fairness.
FALL 2017 SCHEDULE
Dates: September 27, 28 - October 4,5,11,12,18,19,
Dates: October 25,26 - November 1,2,8,9,15,16
11/13/17: Schedule Change for this week: Wednesday's session will be postponed to a later date.
Thursday's session will be at 6:00 pm as scheduled. The program will offer additional sessions the week of November 27th and December 4th.
The Winter program will begin the week of December 18th.
Practice Time: Wednesday 6:30 -7:30 pm, - Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Location: Staples Track & Field House
Registration Fee: 160.00 per session ( all inclusive)
