SPRING 2019 - TRACK & FITNESS PROGRAM
The WPAL youth athletic programs are dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through track and field. The program will focus on fundamentals and provide training in all areas of the sport that will build endurance, increase agility, flexibility, power, and speed.
Our program is open to all boys and girls in grades 2 through 8 and at all levels of experience.
Our goal is to provide each athlete with an opportunity for personal achievement, great training,
sportsmanship basics and a fun time with WPAL. This is a great program for all athletes.
